The Payroll and labor law administration department has the mission to keep employers consistently compliant, lifting her from its burdens and responsibilities .

  • The provision of personnel cost statements for the recording in the general ledger and tax compliance
  • The calculation of withholding tax with email provision of payment forms
  • The regular reporting of earnings to social security institutions ( models Emens and 01m )
  • The withholding tax annual return (mod 770 ) preparation and electronic filing
  • The management of the electronic drawer of tax and social security of the employer

Employment Legal work

The Labor Law legal advisory work concerns the application of the rules of law to the employment relationship or similar relationships. It mainly includes advice on the operating company for the purposes of social security and insurance , the choice of the legal form of the working relationship, that can be autonomous, coordinated and subordinated, the choice of the type and duration of the contract (internship , apprenticeship, temporary, part-time etc.), the analysis of costs and constraints and opportunities of various cases depending also on the personal status of the employee to be hired.

It also includes:

  • Assistance in obtaining and managing permits of stay for non-EU citizens and new-EU countries citizens.
  • The application, management and reporting of benefits related to hiring of employees and workers .
  • The administrative management of injury complaints and filing to relevant Italian authorities.
  • The advisory also applies to the preparation of training plans for apprenticeship and the career evolution of the employee.
  • Support and advice is provided in the event of a business downturn, with the activation of any social safety nets, as well as advice for the management of redundancies and in the resolution of labor relations .

Industrial safety
