She graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Trieste since 2002 and is qualified as Public Accountant and Registered Auditor under Italian law,she has been working with Saed Services Ltd since 2001 as a consultant in accounting, tax and corporate law matters.

Michele D' Agnolo is a Public Accountant and Registered Auditor under Italian Law since 1993. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) -UK .

He has been a member of the IT study committee of the Italian Order of Public Accountants (CNDCEC) and a member of the Working Group for the translation of the IFAC Guide on the management of Small and Medium professional studies and a member of the study committee for professional company law always at the CNDCEC .

He has published several books and articles in the field of tax, labour, and mainly about the organization and marketing of professional firms, was editor of the DVD series Professional 24 for Il Sole- 24 Ore .

He lectures in the Management of Services and Consultancy at the University of Trento.

Formerly an officer of Italian Economic Police “Guardia di Finanza” from 1998 to 2011, he graduated in Business Administration from the University of Calabria in Cosenza. From February 2011 he has been working with Saed Services Ltd as a consultant in the area of ​​taxation, corporate law and accounting.
